CRM Basic Training

This course will cover customer look-up and creation, pre-sales, and will cover the steps to create a basic quote. Any individual new to creating quotes in SAP CRM will benefit from this course.

Please block out your calendar for the time allowed. On the day of the training, please pull up this document and click to join your meeting. You may be requested to download something before the class opens.


Each course will begin with an introduction by the instructor before covering the course material. Due to the size of these classes, all questions will be held until the end of the session. You may also submit questions before the class to dealer.support@toyotatmh.com so the instructor can make sure to include the answer during the class.  If you have a question after the session, you may submit them to dealer.support@toyotatmh.com, and they will  provide you with an answer.
