PLATINUM SKILLS CHALLENGE
The Technician Platinum Skills Challenge took place on November 2, at Toyota Material Handling (TMH) in Columbus, Indiana. 8 of the 10 qualifying technicians joined us for a comprehensive competition across all TMH products for an opportunity to be named the Top Technician of 2022 and earn Lifetime Platinum Technician Distinction.
The technicians had 20 minutes to diagnose the issue on the product contained within the station. Proctors were onsite to evaluate their problem-solving methodology and assigned scores based on predefined criteria. Upon completion of the challenge, all scores were tallied and the top three scoring technicians were recognized.
Our Top Technician of 2022 is Al Caldwell with Toyota Material Handling Systems. Al will receive $3,000, a recognition plaque, an invitation to our Annual Dealer Meeting, and a Lifetime Platinum Technician distinction.
Coming in second place is Eli Stevens with Toyota Material Handling Systems and Roger Rybacki with Conger Industries finished in third place.
Congratulations to all of our participating technicians!
