Aftersales Service Evaluations and Certification (ASEC) is the evaluation method used to promote kaizen activity in a Dealer’s parts and service operations. This will help dealerships improve operational efficiencies and streamline processes while securing the trust of their customer bases. The ultimate goal is to maximize efficiency and help our Dealers do more with less.
For December, TMH would like to take this opportunity to recognize all Dealers that achieved ASEC certification.
