What is TIPS?
TIPS, short for Toyota Information & Product Support, is a search tool for finding sales & technical information across Toyota’s documents and publications. It was originally launched in 2022 to provide technical information (Repair manuals, Operator/Owner manuals, Service Information Bulletins, software, etc.) to field service personnel and others quickly and easily. Now, to serve our dealer sales staff, TIPS has been updated to include FL Manuals, option pages, and other sales documents.
Features for Sales Documents
With the addition of sales documents, TIPS can now be used to help find product information faster. TIPS can search multiple sales documents at one time and take you directly to the information you need. Here are some ways TIPS makes it easier to find product information:
- Search for a particular word or phrase across all sales documents in one search.
- Search information on multiple truck models/series at one time.
- Filter searches & results by model, series, or document type.
- Navigate directly to the page(s) in the document with the word or phrase from the search.

- Product Bulletins
How to Access TIPS
- TIPS can be accessed directly at https://tips.toyotaforklift.com/index.html#/sales, or through the Toyota Links tab on the Dealer Portal.
Note: TIPS requires single-sign-on access like the Dealer Portal.
Click the Sales tab at the top to search sales documents.
