We are excited to announce that new updates to the Customer Satisfaction Program are coming in 2024, which will include shorter surveys, faster delivery, and a quicker verification process.
To prepare for these changes, we will be holding a webinar on Monday, November 27, from 3:00 – 4:30 PM EST. During this time, we will showcase the new changes to the program, including updates for our Customer Satisfaction Admins, our surveys, and new best practices.
Changes will officially take place in January 2024. If you are unable to attend the webinar, it will be recorded and available within the LMS following November 27.
