MyToyota Direct Support Team Now Available


Toyota’s MyInsights Standard Telematics solution has launched! To date, we have connected over 4,000 vehicles, and in the future, hundreds more will be connected daily. Toyota’s Advanced Services & Digital Solutions department has been focused on making sure that support, training, and communications are all focused on preparing dealers to leverage MyInsights as a competitive advantage. 

On January 16, 2024, a notification outlining the launch timing, product details, and training schedule was sent. We stated that we would follow up with more information outlining the support process. Please share this with your teams so they can receive quick and accurate responses to any of their questions.

Toyota has centralized an online help center on the Dealer Portal and created a new TMH Direct Support team to help end users and dealers with:

  • MyInsights
  • MyToyota
  • MyToyota Store
  • MyServices
  • MyToyota Pay

This direct support team falls under the supervision of the Advanced Services & Digital Solutions Department, Customer Care Group, which serves customers and dealers with any non-technical support.

TMH Technical Service Team:

  • Continued support with technical or hardware issues


TMH Field Sales / Field Operations Team:

  • Sales Support

For support requests, please submit a ticket through the Toyota Dealer Portal using our new, centralized Toyota Help Center. 

Please use the following updated URL to access the Toyota Dealer Portal: www.materialhandling.tmhna.com. This will allow users to access all support pages. 

Step 1: Under the Toyota Links tab, you will see the Toyota Help Center. Click “Toyota Help Center.”

Step 2: Now, you will see all of Toyota’s support pages. From here, click the “MyInsights Support” page.

Step 3: Click the “Submit Request” button.

Step 4: Under Department, select “Advanced Services”.

Step 5: Next, select “MyInsights”. Then, choose one of the four categories below and finish your ticket details.
