Since acquiring Toyota Heavy Duty (THD) in 2019, integrating Toyota Lean Management (TLM) practices in the East Chicago, Indiana, factory has been a key initiative in improving business performance and strengthening the overall customer and associate experience. The THD team has been thoughtful with the work that they accomplished so far, and we celebrate the great strides that have been made to date.
