- Pricing Difference: If dealer stock is used to fulfill an online order and your dealer stock cost basis is greater than the online sell price, please email Sales.Incentives@tmhu.toyota-industries.com with the unit number. Sales incentives will issue a credit to match the cost the dealer would receive if the order was fulfilled using TMH factory inventory.
- For Open Orders: If an open eCommerce order is currently assigned to TMH factory inventory (National Fulfillment) and you’d like to use your dealer-owned inventory instead, contact ecommerce@toyotatmh.com with the order number, model-serial number.
