The launch of TICF’s origination and servicing system marks an important milestone for TICF that has been a long time in the making. I’m proud to share that our new originations and servicing system, powered by Odesa, has successfully launched. Our significant investment in this new platform will influence the way we do business and how we serve you and our mutual customers for years to come.

This achievement reflects years of planning, development, testing, and extensive training, but it is only the beginning; we are committed to ongoing testing and future enhancements. We recognize that change can often bring unexpected challenges. Our team is fully dedicated to making this transition as smooth as possible and providing the support you and your team may need as you navigate the new Dealer Portal.

All users with active accounts on the Dealer Portal received an email detailing how to access the new site. Please make sure to save and refer to the Dealer Portal Launch Support Guide for immediate assistance available to you and your team.
