Holiday Hours for 2025-2026 Plant Shutdown


Please review the hours below to help you plan ahead due to the plant shutdown for the holidays.

Capacity Quote/Nameplate Department will be closed from December 24, 2025, through January 1, 2026. They will resume normal hours starting January 2, 2026.

The Technical Service Department will be closed from December 24, 2025throughJanuary 1, 2026. They will resume normal hours starting January 2, 2026.

Warranty Department will be closed from December 24, 2025, through January 1, 2026. They will resume normal hours starting January 2, 2026.

TMH Parts Center will be closed on December 24, 25, and January 1, 2026. They will resume operating hours from December 26 through December 31.   

Fleet Team will be closed on December 24, 25, and January 1. They will be available on a reduced staff schedule from December 26-31. Dealers can contact the Fleet Team by submitting a fleet support ticket on the Dealer Portal. They will resume normal hours starting January 2, 2026.

Digital Advanced Services will be closed on December 24, 25, and January 1. They will be available on a reduced staff schedule from December 26-31. Please submit a support ticket; our team will assist you as soon as possible. They will resume normal operating hours starting January 2, 2026. 

The Pricing Team will be closed on December 24, 25, and January 1. They will have limited staff on December 26, 29, and 30 from 9:00 am – 11:00 am and 1:00 – 3:00 pm EST. They will also have limited staff on December 31 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm EST.

The Sales Incentives Team will be closed on December 24, 25, and January 1. They will have limited staff on December 26, 29, and 30 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm EST. They will also have limited staff on December 31 from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm EST.

The Sales Administrative Team will be closed on December 24, 25, and January 1. They will have limited staff on December 26, 29, and 30 from 7:00 am – 3:00 pm EST. They will also have limited staff on December 31 from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm EST.

Application Support Team will answer voicemails and emails on December 24 until 5 pm EST. On December 26, 29, 30, and 31, they will be responding to voicemails and emails between 8 am and 7 pm EST. Please note that changes made to Staff Master on/after December 24, 2025, will not be completed until December 26. Also, changes to Staff Master on December 31 will not be completed until January 2, 2026.

Product Support Group will be closed from December 24, 2025, through January 1, 2026. They will resume normal hours starting January 5, 2026.

Custom Engineering will have limited staffing available for questions and TSDR quoting on December 29, 30, and 31 from 7:00 am – 3:00 pm. They will resume normal hours starting January 2, 2026.
