We are proud to announce Zachariah “Zach” Kelley of Toyotalift Northeast as our 2025 THD Top Technician for his outstanding contribution and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Zach Kelley has established himself as a THD Top Tech through his initiative in teaching himself how to use THD-related software, such as IQAN and the Dana Dashboard. Additionally, he has achieved a certification through Cummins, making him a valuable asset for engine-related troubleshooting and repair. Zach’s attention to detail has enabled him to provide vital information to Toyota Technical Services when troubleshooting some previously unseen issues, including an ongoing investigation in collaboration with Dana Transmissions. Whenever Zach contacts us with a problem, he always has the necessary information on hand. He includes the troubleshooting he has already done, along with the results of those checks. This goes a long way in helping our team support him and get to the heart of the issue without having to repeat steps. Congratulations Zach!
