We’re excited to share updates on our latest MyToyota launch on February 16! Highlights include:
- Enhanced Homepage: A redesigned MyToyota homepage that surfaces key insights, alerts, and actionable items customized to the user.
- Updates to MyFleet Workflow Around Connected Equipment: Improvements to the MyFleet experience that streamline how users view, manage, and interact with connected equipment data and the UIO.
- Expanded Analytics Capabilities: New and enhanced analytics tools that provide deeper visibility into user behavior. This will help us learn more about the user experience so that we can better serve the user’s needs.
- Improved System Load Speeds: Performance enhancements that significantly reduce page load times and improve overall system responsiveness across MyToyota.
- UIO Dealer Notification Resolution: Fixes and improvements to ensure dealers receive accurate and timely notifications related to Unit in Operation (UIO) changes.
We’re also excited to share updates on our latest MyToyota Store launch on March 23! Highlights include:
- Subscription Upgrades Now Available: Upgrade eligible VIN subscriptions mid-term with prorated pricing for the remaining term.
- Improved Cart & Checkout: Upgrade subscriptions added to the cart will group selected VINs under the applicable plan and display prorated pricing based on the remaining term.
- Order Details Page Enhancements: Upgrades labeled in Order Details with adjusted pricing, invoice visibility, and print/export options.
- Cookie Consent Banner: New privacy banner allows users to review and manage cookie preferences.
- Service Request Improvements: Customer profile information now auto-populates in Service Requests, reducing manual entry and errors when placing a service request.
- Stronger Error Handling & Order Limits: Improved system safeguards for subscription purchases and upgrades.
These enhancements continue to streamline the TMH Digital Customer Experience, making it easier for dealers to manage subscriptions, access insights, and navigate key tools within MyToyota and MyToyota Store. By improving performance, simplifying workflows, and introducing new capabilities, this release helps create a more efficient and seamless experience for both dealerships and customers.
