Lease Term Alignment with MyInsights®

We’re excited to announce a new update to the Toyota Material Handling Quote Connect (CPQ) system designed to help ensure proper term alignment between MyInsights® Subscriptions and Lease Terms.

Beginning Friday, March 6, 2026, the CPQ system will now alert you of any term misalignment when quoting Residual or Flex Leases with MyInsights® Subscriptions. This enhancement will help you identify and correct any quotes with misaligned terms to prevent the MyInsights® Subscription Term from outlasting the Lease Term, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

What’s new:

  • CPQ will now automatically verify the MyInsights® Subscription Term and the Lease Term are aligned on Residual and Flex Leases.
  • MyInsights® subscription term must be less than or equal to the Lease Term to ensure subscription services have ended prior to returning the unit.
  • If the MyInsights® Subscription Term exceeds the Lease Term, the system will alert you immediately and require you to adjust either the subscription term or lease term before moving forward with the quote.
  • This update only affects new or existing quotes in “Edit” state. Dealers with quotes in “Edit” status at the time of deployment will see this update take effect immediately.

As a reminder:

  • Residual Leases: The MyInsights® Subscription term must be less than or equal to the Residual Lease term.
  • Flex Leases: The MyInsights® Subscription term must be less than or equal to the First Term of the Flex Lease. For any Flex Lease Renewal Term, customers can continue their MyInsights® Subscription through the TMH aftermarket channel.
