WARRANTY ADMINISTRATION TRAINING
The Warranty Department of Toyota Material Handling cordially invites all Dealer Warranty Administrators, Units in Operation Administrators, and Service Managers to our two-day training session.
The training will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 18 and 19. Dinner will be provided Tuesday night in Nashville, Indiana.
The two days will be geared toward all skill levels. We will have basic training courses available with hands-on activities for those simply seeking to gain more understanding of warranty policies and procedures. We will dive deeper into our warranty programs and will have more advanced courses for those of you who are more experienced. In addition, there will be many opportunities available to learn about and interact with the manufacturing side of TMH. Finally, since Toyota values your customer feedback, we will hold sessions asking for your input regarding how we can improve our Warranty operations.
