Dealer Sales Organization Restructure

Dealer feedback is vital to Toyota Material Handling as it allows us to reflect on current processes and continue to evolve with the industry. We have listened to your feedback and have taken steps to elevate our sales team to continue to align and better support you. In 2023, you can count on the Dealer Sales Team to be more visible at your Dealership, supporting your salespeople and partnering with you on customer visits.

One recurring theme that we heard was focusing on leading actions; here are a few initiatives that you can expect from our team this year:

  • Conduct C to E power studies utilizing the TMH demo fleet
  • Training your sales representatives on SEnS+
  • On-site SEnS+ demo
  • Leading the pipeline management process
  • New electric account acquisition, LDNA & NPP

As we continue to promote deeper collaboration in the field, John Vaandrager and Beck Trajkovic have been promoted to Regional Sales Managers – East & West, respectively. These two positions will be responsible for the performance of the District Sales Managers and will report to Jon Vincent.

Michelle Nichter will now oversee the Mid-Market district. The Mid-Market District Manager will focus on growth and best practices among like-sized Dealers. Tim will now report to Michelle.

Chris Craig has been promoted to Dealer National Account Sales Manager. He will lead his team in their focus on new account acquisitions.

Our ultimate goal is to drive value to your Dealership, whether that is with conquest or existing business. Customer service is a key priority with us, and we want to ensure that we are taking the right steps in solving customer problems while maintaining a seamless sales process.
