Toyota Material Handling announces the market launch of MyInsights® Plus and MyInsights® Plus Compliance subscriptions for both the United States and Canada. The initial launch of MyInsights® subscriptions for new equipment took place on May 27, 2025. Aftermarket subscriptions were introduced in September and October 2025 for the US and Canadian markets, respectively.
National advertising and marketing are live as of November 17, 2025.
HOW:
Dealers can quote both the MyInsights® Plus and MyInsights® Plus Compliance subscriptions bundled with New Equipment in CPQ. For aftermarket, end-customers buy subscriptions directly on the MyToyota Store. Please note that customers must have an existing MyToyota account or create one in order to make a purchase. DEALERS CANNOT BUY OR PAY ON BEHALF OF END-CUSTOMERS IN THE AFTERMARKET**.

The MyInsights® landing page on ToyotaForklift.com has been updated to promote MyInsights® subscription packages. New advertising for MyInsights® will begin this week, highlighting the advantages of the MyInsights® subscription packages. These new marketing materials are also available in the TAM for dealer use.

Aftermarket Quoting/Ordering Options:
- Through your Parts Department: All aftermarket kits have been loaded into the Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) to help identify the correct MyInsights® kit by model/serial number. They can then provide a price to Sales.
- MyToyota Store: Kit part numbers can also be found by model/serial number search on MyToyota Store.
- CPQ: To quote subscriptions and/or aftermarket kits, you can use CPQ. Update your Staff Master roles to allow access to CPQ and training for your teams. New equipment sales should already be familiar with this process. See the attached PDF here.
- **REMEMBER, END-CUSTOMERS BUY THE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE AFTERMARKET EXCLUSIVELY ON THE MYTOYOTA STORE. DEALERS SELL THE HARDWARE AND RETROFIT IN THE FIELD (BILLED BY DEALERS) AND CAN SUPPORT THE CUSTOMER BUYING THE SUBSCRIPTION, BUT THE CUSTOMER MUST GO THROUGH THE ONLINE ORDERING PROCESS FOR PAYMENT DETAILS AND TERMS & CONDITIONS ACCEPTANCE.
