Voice of the Dealer (VOD) Process Updates


Toyota Material Handling, Inc. is updating the Voice of the Dealer (VOD) process!

The new VOD process is through an application you can access on your phone or tablet! No more paper copies to fill out! No more emails! 

Technicians performing inspections can use an online form to complete the VOD process and report any issues. They can also easily submit photos! 

All of this information is integral to our commitment to continuous improvement. Your VODs drive quality!

Get started today by following the steps in this guide, which shows how to sign up for the new VOD process. If other personnel at your dealership should be aware of this update, please provide this information to them so you can begin as soon as possible.

We have also included a walkthrough guide that shows how to navigate the new process. To help answer any other questions, we will have an online Dealer Warranty Training session on April 30, 2025, focusing on this new VOD process!
