Toyota Material Handling is pleased to provide dealers with early access to MyInsights® Aftermarket Kits and Subscriptions ahead of the official November launch. TODAY, we are releasing 150 MyInsights® Displays to the U.S. dealer network (Canadian dealers, mid-October)
- MyInsights® Display is required for the Compliance Package (Pre-Operation Checklist)
This controlled release gives you an opportunity to:
- Get your hands on the system to build confidence in the product and processes
- Provide feedback to Toyota prior to national sales launch
- Order display kits through Service Parts (limited inventory during ramp-up**).
- Quote Aftermarket MyInsights® hardware and subscriptions in Quote Connect CPQ.
- Prepare your teams with dealer training sessions before the national rollout.
By taking a careful, phased approach, we’re ensuring the quality, reliability, and customer experience you expect from Toyota.
**Due to limited early access inventory, please contact myinsightssales@toyotatmh.com prior to placing any order of three or more MyInsights® Displays to ensure proper customer communication and inventory reconciliation.
The official MyInsights® Aftermarket Sales Launch will take place in November and will be accompanied by a comprehensive national marketing campaign. This will include advertising and other key promotional strategies to drive awareness and engagement with end customers. After the official Sales Launch, the Display Kits will also become available for purchase in the MyToyota Store.
**Customer Subscriptions are purchased by the customer directly on the MyToyota Store.**
For already connected forklifts, display-only kits are also available for order.
