FY27 Q1 Perfect Letter Program Results

We are excited to celebrate the outstanding performance of Toyota dealers who participated in the Perfect Letter Program for the FY27, Q1 program period from April 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026.

TICF’s Perfect Letter Program recognizes Dealers and Sales Coordinators for consistently submitting complete and accurate Funding Packages. This quarter’s results showcase the dedication and excellence demonstrated across our dealer network.

Every dealer now has more opportunities to be rewarded for their high performance. As described in our previous communication, we recently implemented a NEW Perfect Letter Program for the period April 1, 2026, through June 31, 2026, which introduced a new point structure that rewarded volume, perfection, and consistency. The leaderboards below highlight dealer performance in the Perfect Letter Program across three unique categories: Perfect Letter Program Champions, Customer Excellence Leaders, and the Perfect Performance Club.

Each Dealer Group’s Perfect Letter points will be available for claiming in the Elite Dealer Rewards platform by August 7, 2026.
